New Business Support in Hampshire

Even at the best of times, launching a new enterprise can prove to be a daunting task, and in the face of hardships, it can seem impossible. However, in spite of the mayhem experienced in recent years – the ambiguity that came with Brexit in 2019, followed by the economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 lockdowns and restrictions of 2020 – it has been a rollercoaster couple of years for launching new enterprises in Hampshire.
It may be hard to fathom, but the numbers speak for themselves. There were more than 15,000 new businesses registered in the county in 2019, which was up 6.5% of the preceding year; and the record improved in 2020, with 15,534 new organisations registered, which was up 2.4% from the previous year 2019.
