The DES Policy is a crucial intervention policy initiated by the Economic Regulation Division of the NEA to deal with the unstable supply of electrical energy to towns exterior the three major grids in PNG, technically referred to as C-centres. The coverage discussions held in the course of the workshop included the Provincial Administrators, District Administrators, financiers/developers, coverage specialists, engineers, and different related consultants.
