However, Voices ML retains exclusive rights to the platform’s infrastructure, algorithms, and proprietary tools used to analyze and report on voice-AI behavior. Users grant Voices ML a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use any content submitted for platform operation, but this license does not transfer ownership. Any derivative works, analyses, or outputs generated through the platform are owned by the user, provided they do not infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

Copyright protection applies to all original content published on Voices ML, including articles, datasets, and model evaluations. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content—whether in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited. Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from models hosted on the platform without explicit written permission. Voices ML reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, for any unauthorized use or infringement of its intellectual property. Compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is required for all users.

When users submit content, models, or data to Voices ML, they represent that they have the right to do so and that the material does not violate any third-party rights. Users are responsible for ensuring their contributions comply with all applicable copyright laws. Voices ML may remove or disable access to content that violates these terms, and users waive any claims against Voices ML for such actions. License limitations apply to all user-generated content.
